Antarctica: The Global Warning

By Sebastian Copeland

A true coffee table book. Almost all pictures with very little writing. A one page foreword by Mikhail Gorbachev and an introduction by Leonardo DiCaprio.

I’m a fan of Antarctica. I’ve read about the men and women who have explored the 7th continent - past and present. Most of the books though contain little or no pictures.

Don’t let the notion that this book is only here to convince you to help stop global warming prevent you from looking through the stunning full color photos of glaciers, icebergs, mountains, animal life, and yes; a photo staged by the photographer of people spelling out SOS on an iceberg.

This book is filled with many wonderful pictures that show the beauty of Antarctica.
